About this property
Rustic 4-Bedroom Home in Arthurs Point
Riverview Retreat contains four double bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It has 2 living areas, each boasting a large gas fireplace and spectacular views of the Shotover River and mountain ranges. There is a brand new fully equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine. There is plenty of space to host one or two families or a group of friends travelling together.
For groups of 9-12 guests, the villa also has a two-bedroom annex which sleeps a further four guests. The annex has its own kitchen, dining/sitting room with cosy wood burner and upstairs two bedrooms which share a bathroom. Please note that the annex space is not included for groups of 1-8 guests.
The deck in the main villa overlooking the Shotover River valley is a fabulous spot to enjoy an après ski drink, a barbeque or to relax with a book and enjoy the birdsong from the surrounding hills.
There is also a spa in which to relax after a day of activities which is adjacent to a sheltered lawn area where children can play or adults may enjoy a game of petanque.
Only ten minutes drive to either Queenstown Central or ten minutes to the Coronet Peak access road, Riverview Retreat has accessibility AND privacy.
NOTE: The annex is only made available for groups of 9 guests or more. If the group is 8 or less people, the annex can be made available for an additional nightly cost.
