- Out of respect for our lovely neighbours, strictly no parties and please keep noise to a reasonable level (you may occasionally hear trams/trains - that’s CBD life!).
- Check-out is by 12 noon so our cleaners have enough time to get the place sparkling for the next guests.
- Please leave things neat and tidy, do not move any furniture, and dispose of rubbish correctly - any damage, missing items, or costs from misuse (including lost keys or smoking indoors) will unfortunately need to be charged.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
- Please leave used towels in the bathroom
- No need to strip the bed - we’ve got it covered
- Return the key to the 'Be My Guest’, Shop 3/200 Spencer Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (Southern Cross).
- Take out rubbish to the bin chute just near the lift at the back door (optional but appreciated!)
- Make sure the entrance door and balcony doors are locked, and all lights, appliances, and air-con/heater are switched off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
