Beach Place #105 - Large three bedroom 2 bath unit with Beach and John's Pass Views. This corner unit has southern exposure offering you a sunrise view along with south and southwest views of the Gulf. Being on the first floor above parking, the view is slightly more limited compared to higher floors, but you can still enjoy sights of John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, the fishing jetty, dolphins & boats traveling through the intracoastal waterway. Enjoy beautiful Gulf breezes from your private balcony. This unit has 1 parking spot.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

King bed in master bedroom with private bath as well as access to the balcony. Two Queen beds in first guest bedroom and one Queen in the third bedroom. Two large baths with tub shower combos. Occupancy of up to 8 guests in this unit.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available. This is a non smoking home that offers 1 assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

But no vacation would be complete without multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus - John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 foot pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gump's, Hooters and Hubbard's Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
