We appreciate you sharing your feedback about your stay. While the community road leading up to the home is a public roadway outside of our control, we want all guests to arrive safely and appreciate the tip on maintaining momentum. We take your safety seriously, so we are going to look into installing an improved handrail for the narrow kitchen steps. We also appreciate the heads-up about the deck railing; we haven't noticed any weaknesses there, but we are looking into it to ensure everything is completely secure.
