Centrally located, this is a comfortable apartment with all the mod-cons. Featuring two large bedrooms each with a TV, wardrobe and park views. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom. The second Bedroom has a Queen bed and separate bathroom. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer. Enjoy cooking in the galley kitchen with high-quality appliances including a coffee machine. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing. The double-glazed windows ensure a peaceful stay. Park your car in the secure underground car park. Enjoy the sun on the outside balcony or in the shared entertainment space after a full days exploring in the Geelong CBD.

Do the full length of the Bollard Walk along the bay, enjoy a wander through the Botanic Gardens, and don't forget to visit the Wool Museum. There is lots on offer in the Geelong CBD!
Getting Around:
Single car space available in the underground carpark which has a height requirement of no more than 1.9m. For taller vehicles, there is metered parking on street surrounding the complex, it is free of charge between 5pm - 9am.. The council offers free 2 hours during the day also . Public transport is a short walk from the apartment.

The location is on the waterfront but please note the apartment does not have waterfront views. The apartment has park views.

Our apartment is provided for your enjoyment during your stay. We hope you are considerate and respectful of the care of the property. Please note that smoking/vaping is prohibited - violations are subject to fines. In the unfortunate event of an accident please be aware it is the guests responsibility that any damages must be paid for. A $100 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout after normal business hours Mon-Fri. A $150 fee applies for a lost remote. The property shall not be used by more than the maximum number of guests allowed. Please comply with the parking instructions and show consideration to your neighbours both within the apartment and in the common areas. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
