We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy for us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay, and we’re already planning to come back again.

We booked this property for an extended stay displacement and informed the host in advance that we would have a newborn and a dog (paid a large pet fee, and an extra guest fee that was false).Unfortunately, the unit was not usable or safe. The bathtub had been freshly caulked and could not be used for 24 hrs despite the last check out was 2 days ago. After we had already moved in our belongings and left home to shower, a maintenance man came into our suite to disperse a large amount of peppermint oil throughout the suite without our knowledge or consent. The fumes caused immediate irritation upon return and we were unable to return for several days after several attempts as it’s toxic to babies and dogs, let alone adults. The listing was described as an “entire house,” however it is a duplex with another unit next door. After we left there were multiple entries into the suites including friends coming to smell the place, boyfriends, etc during our booking without our consent. We were extremely uncomfortable The property was later rented to other several other guests during our paid dates. Despite being unable to stay even one night, no meaningful resolution or refund was offered on her end. Not 1 was given for the inconvenience. I was told the owner was leaving on a trip and how much this inconvenienced her.The gym was false advertising, the playground is also rotten and “use at your own risk”. We would not recommend this listing based on our experience.

Dishwasher is brand new Bosch and does work perfectly just very very quiet:-) (hold start down for couple seconds). Guest did not know how to use it, and didn’t mention it until the last day and was offered help. Fireplace works also, pilot light was turned off by previous summer guest, It took 5min and some skill to relight after being notified but it’s also working. 😊😊
