You are just a 15-minute walk to the heart of the quaint village of Duck which boasts epic sunsets from the soundside boardwalks, waterfront shops, and a variety of delicious local eateries from laid-back to upscale. With a straightforward floor plan, family time is maximized inside your retreat. Lounge in the lovely living area with ocean views or tune out with a movie. When you aren\'t dining out - the full kitchen comes stocked with all the basic tools. If you aren\'t ready to call it a day - head for the shared pool, available Memorial Day to Labor Day. Additional shared amenities include a community beach-side pool with a spacious deck, park grill and picnic area, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, two oceanfront gazebos, and boardwalks to the beach And when sleepiness takes over, tuck under the soft linens and dream easily before waking up to another day in paradise. Almost everything about our stay was excellent. It was close to the beach, easy to check in, had all the amenities in working condition, and was very comfortable and homely. It would be easy to fit more people than 2 if we needed. The pool was unfortunately closed for the season, which was not advertised, but there's nothing that could have been done about that.
