reception staff had no idea that we were staying there as they had not received any of our detailsthere was no coffee machine or cafetierethere was no chopping boardthe supplied coffee sachets were rotten and unusablethere was no kitchen bin, so we had to use the small bin in the bathroomwe were there for 5 nights but only one bin bag was suppliedthe tap in the bathroom was loosethe shower head did not fit properlythe bed side lights did not workthe light on the terrace did not workthere was very little shower productsthe dirty hoover was in the wardrobeno basics like salt and pepper were suppliedour request for coffee facilities was ignoredthe room feels dated and needs a total refresh - the fittings are very cheap and cheerfulwe were not allowed an extended departure time even though no cleaning staff attended until after 12 noon
