Best of all, the patrolled Malua Bay Beach is just 350m away, making days in the sun a breeze.

🏡 The Home

On the entry level, you’ll find four well-appointed bedrooms, all with built-in storage. The main bathroom boasts a freestanding bath – perfect for soaking after a beach day – plus a full laundry with a washing machine and a large clothes line on the property. The garage has been transformed into a kids’ retreat with a TV and a PlayStation, giving little ones their own fun space.
Upstairs is the heart of the home: a modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area designed for entertaining and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, a dishwasher, and everything you’ll need for family meals. This level flows onto the outdoor deck, complete with BBQ and seating – ideal for alfresco dinners or enjoying the coastal breeze.
The main bedroom features a private ensuite and walk-in robe, while a dedicated study nook with a desk makes it easy to work (or study) remotely if needed.

Guest Access:
Guest access is via a lockbox at the property. Please note that there is no guest access to the shed located at the back of the home, but you have access to the entire house.

Malua Bay is a much-loved holiday destination on the NSW South Coast. With a patrolled beach, calm coves nearby for snorkelling and fishing, and a popular local surf break, there’s something for everyone. Within a short stroll, you’ll find the Malua Bay Surf Club, local shops, cafés, and a family-friendly playground.
For day trips, Batemans Bay is just a 15-minute drive north with a wide range of dining, shopping, and activities. Further south, you’ll find the charming coastal towns of Broulee, Moruya, and Tuross, each with their own beaches, markets, and riverside walks.

Getting Around:
Guests can enjoy excellent local amenities and dining nearby. Three 66 Cafe is approximately 4 km away, offering excellent coffee and light meals with stunning views of the bay. Club Malua, just down the road, serves modern Australian dishes in a relaxed setting. The Malua Bay IGA, flat walk away, is perfect for groceries and essentials. For more variety, Batemans Bay is around 13 km away, offering a wide range of waterfront restaurants, shopping options, and family-friendly activities.

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.

This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.
