This home is perfect for a family and you will find yourself relaxing and unwinding the minute you step through the front door. This place has everything you need for a perfect holiday - including wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs.

This property has a strict no schoolies, bucks or hens parties. Any of these will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.

great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was well equipped & clean. Located across from the beach with beautiful views.

Christmas break in 2023 for 3 nights

Property had jammed front door which was near impossible to use. Other external door into backyard needed two of us to lock/ secure it. Cleanliness was not great with shelves with layer of dust and dead bugs. Rooms had dust threads /webs hanging from ceiling. Bedsides had stains . Overall, great location and good size. Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved and will present the property better.

Stay at Mulua Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and view is great, but this about all that is good. Limited utensils etc in the property and many screens, but no basic free to air tv. The agent was not great when we tried to resolve this.

We now have free to air at this property. As I explained it was difficult to get this and not being an Aerial technician there was not a lot I could do to help. This property has plenty of everything and is spotless. I feel this review is due to being devastated about the free to air tv, something I find hard to understand when you are sitting on the beach with a magnificent view, hence my perceived lack of sympathy.
