Judy and Murray have loved their beach holidays - the best time to unwind. So when they saw Bertie's 3 beaches, they looked no further. A perfect set-up for relaxing in a beautiful location. The house is like a home with all the comforts.
Why they chose this property
Quiet, private, close to the beaches, and can handle a group. Set up for a large group with plenty of room. It is comfortable in all seasons, all year round. The open fire and outside fire pit keep for warmth when its cooler.
What makes this property unique
The local beaches are terrific for a stroll, a swim, fishing, watching the surf, the whales or dolphins. The house offers lots of spacious options for doing what you feel like. Watch a movie, playing games, the kids having a play, or cooking sumptuous meals. Nearby in Moruya is great coffee (at Alfresco), supermarkets and places to eat. The location of the house is protected from offshore winds, and has a perfect breeze on a warm day.
