A panoramic view from from the front deck is punctuated by the distinctive Tollgate Islands. The beach is perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and making sandcastles, and regularly witnesses beautiful sunsets.

Behind the front deck is a full kitchen, dining and living room, with 3 bedrooms ad one bathroom upstairs, and another bedroom ad bathroom downstairs, and sleeps 8 ( up to 10 on special request).

Property comfortably accommodated 6 adults and two young children. Location opposite beach perfect for swimming. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and implements. Fridges upstairs and downstairs offered great capacity for holiday supplies. Peaceful place to stay whilst only minutes from busy Batemans Bay.

Relaxed beach house, Unbeatable location

Comfortable and relaxed house literally metres from the sand. Huge deck out the front is brilliant - you can have breakfast watching dolphins or a glass of wine under the stars. Family-friendly house with instant holiday vibes... kids loved the table tennis and rumpus room. We'll be back!

This generous home was perfect for our inter generational group of Grandmother, parents and three children. There was plenty of space, a lovely garden to play in , plenty games and outdoor equipment. We will be back.

Awesome house, amazing location!

From the time we initiated the booking to leaving the property, the host made everything easy. We loved the house and the front deck is an incredible entertaining space. The doors open right up making you feel like you’re on the beach. And the views are to die for. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location, property disappointing for the price

While to location of the house was wonderful and Bedrooms and bathroom up stairs were nice, the size, age and style of the house was extremely disappointing given the price. I recently stayed in a new penthouse across from the beach for the same price. I was so upset to ask one of my work mates to sleep in the garage (where some of the beds are). Very little space in the living room only enough space for a couple of us to watch TV.
