The perfect getaway for family & friends! Located 10 minutes from Batemans Bay, approx 2 hours from Canberra and 3hrs 15min from Sydney. An easy 2-3 minute stroll to beautiful Maloneys Beach, ideal for relaxing, swimming, fishing, bike riding or enjoy a nature walk up close with the local neighbourhood kangaroos!
Batemans Bay area is perfect for shopping, cinemas, ice cream, walking or fishing along the pier and has many restaurants & bars, some offering complimentary shuttle services.
The space :
Near new immaculate 4/5 bedroom large home, sleeps 12 comfortably. Master bedroom Includes queen bed with en suite and walk in robe, main bathroom incl full 🛁 bath.
Bedroom two & three both include queen beds and built in robes.
Bedroom four is perfect for the kids! Includes a king single bed plus a double bunk bed (double on bottom with a single on top).
Additional sofa bed is available in the lounge area.
Open plan home features two large indoor living spaces both with lounges and TV, two indoor dining areas both with 8 seater tables and a seamless indoor/outdoor large alfresco area perfect for entertaining and afternoon drinks 🍹 !!
Garage also features a BBQ and another large 8 seater table!
Don’t forget to bring your bikes or scooters, the kids will love getting outdoors and riding on the flat easy roads of Maloneys Beach.
There is plenty of room to park your car, caravan or boat on site and also ample parking on the street out front.

Maloneys Beach is a beautiful small community area with friendly locals and is ideal for families. Morning and afternoon walks are perfect where you can get up close and walk alongside our local neighbourhood kangaroos!
Located just a short 10 minute drive from Batemans Bay and a quick 3 minute drive to neighbouring Long Beach, both beaches are perfect for families and ideal for fishing & relaxing! We look forward to welcoming you soon!
