The Space:

The apartment features three bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, perfect for couples or individual guests. The third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring a double bed and a bunk bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable stay. The living area provides ample space for relaxation, with comfortable seating and a TV for entertainment.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the downstairs area, the front garden, and the yard. This is a double-story property, but the upstairs area is not accessible, and there are no internal stairs. You'll enjoy a private entrance with space for a car and a boat. The driveway is shared; please park on the right side. Additional parking for a second car or boat is available on the lawn. Relax and enjoy the morning sun and birdlife with outdoor seating. The laundry facilities are shared, but you'll have sole use during your stay. The back door is locked, and access to that side of the property is restricted.



The Neighborhood:

The property is on the main Captain Cook Drive with a hedge for privacy.



Getting Around:

Drive to the 1770 Headland to soak up the sunset or take a trip on the Larc or a day out to the Reef.
