The homes (estates 1 and 3) were fantastic and easily able to host our group of 20 people (mostly couples)! We almost didn’t book because the location is about 45 minutes from Phoenix airport, but the remote location turned out to be a huge plus... lots of peace and quiet! The pool and hot tub setup worked really well for the group, though a bit more shade would’ve been nice during the day. Overall, everything was practical, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had an amazing, memorable week and would definitely book again!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We’re really glad to hear that Estates 1 and 3 worked well for your group and that the homes comfortably accommodated everyone.
It’s great to know the location ended up being a highlight for you and provided the peace and quiet you were hoping for. We also appreciate your feedback about the pool and hot tub area—adding more shade is a helpful suggestion, and we’ll definitely keep that in mind as we continue to improve the space.
We’re thrilled you had such a memorable week and truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us. We’d love to welcome you back anytime! -GoodNight Stay

The rooms were great. Sunsets were spectacular. The overall space was remarkable once we got settled in. I wish I would’ve heated the pool. But they gave me an option, which I refused so it’s on me. The initial door was a challenge, but I think it’s because we arrived in the dark. They communicated everything they needed to, I just needed to read what they communicated :).

Thank you for the review! We’re glad you enjoyed the rooms and those spectacular sunsets, and that the space felt remarkable once you settled in. Sorry the initial door was a challenge — arriving after dark can make it trickier, and we’ll review our arrival instructions to make them clearer. Thanks for noting the pool-heating option — hopefully next time it’ll be a perfect fit. We’d love to host you again! -GoodNight Stay
Overall, everything was pretty good. Some of the doors to the main house were disabled, others we couldn't close because the lock was broken, and one of the bedroom doors was out of batteries, so we couldn't close it either. We had problems with the hot water in the pool; it took us three days to get it fixed. The pool area was messy, with gas cylinders scattered everywhere, and a beehive in one part of the pool made using the jacuzzi a bit difficult due to fear. Overall, everything else was fine.

Thank you for your review and for letting us know about these issues. I’m sorry the door locks, a bedroom door battery, and the delay getting the pool heat fixed disrupted your stay — that’s not the standard we aim for. We’ve reported the door and lock problems to maintenance, arranged pest control to remove the beehive and secure the pool area, and reviewed our pool-heater response procedures to prevent a repeat delay. We also addressed the gas cylinder storage and added checks to our pre-arrival inspection to catch these items earlier. Glad the rest of your stay was good, and we’d welcome the chance to host you again. -GoodNight Stay
