Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All garbage/recycling is to be taken with u. None is to be left at cottage. Instructions on where to take any extra is at cottage

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping allowed All heat units to be turned off in winter mths. Main unit to be turned to 60 upon departure

U must bring ur own towels, pillows, toiletries & firewood as these things r not supplied for u. All used linens to be left in bathtub at end of stay

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
