This is an excellent location, about a 10 minute walk to the east gate of Belair National Park which is a great attraction. We saw great birds and wildlife there and there is a nice dirt path that takes you right to the gate without having to walk on the roads. There are a lot of homes nearby but it is a quiet neighborhood. We had laughing kookaburras right outside our window at dawn and dusk which was fun. The unit itself is clean and comfortable. Lots of windows that are easy to access, giant table for spreading out on, one whole wall is mirrors, full size fridge just outside the door in the garage, nice shower and bathroom. It feels very modern. Check in was all via lockbox/code, we never met Katya in person but she was very responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it if you are looking for a place in a great location just outside the city.
