We had a fantastic week-long stay at this property! The house was exactly as described, impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and even left helpful magnets on the fridge with local restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend this property!!!

Excellent place to stay. Location was wonderful, close to several public beach accesses. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen well stocked.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in Avon!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Avon! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family vacation. The house was comfortable, welcoming, beautifully maintained, and had everything we could have asked for.With our large family, including children and an older family member, having plenty of space for everyone was so important—and this home delivered! There was room to spread out, relax, spend time together, and truly enjoy our vacation.The location was fantastic and made it so easy to enjoy everything Avon and the Outer Banks have to offer. After busy days exploring, it was wonderful to come back to a house that felt like our own little retreat.What really stood out, though, was how much thought and care had clearly gone into making guests feel at home. We made so many wonderful family memories during our stay, and we were genuinely sad when it was time to leave.We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, family-friendly place to stay in Avon. We absolutely loved our time here and would be thrilled to return! Thank you for helping make our family vacation so special!

Perfect location

My family and I loved this house! Wonderful property, plenty of space and the pool was wonderful after being on the beach all day. It’s close to Foodlion, Duck Donuts and many retail shops without feeling like you’re too close. Great communication from Jeff, the host. Great trip, great host and fantastic property. We’ve already started talking about next year at Dolphin Delight!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

The house was perfect for our family! Allowed us to walk to the beach in the morning, come back for lunch at the house and then enjoy the pool in the afternoon! The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive to anything we needed! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a low key getaway with a larger group!
