Family friendly home with river and beaches close by!
A rare opportunity to stay in our beloved home! We are spending some time in the UK for a family wedding and are excited to share our house whilst we're away. You will be super comfortable with 3 double bedrooms and a children's room with two single beds. Enjoy multiple alfresco dinning and relaxing with river view balconies and a deck overlooking the beautiful garden. We are perfectly positioned just metres away from Orient Point Boat ramp and just a few minutes drive to the beach and shops.
in our home you will find 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. One family bathroom. One children's room with two single beds in. A children's play area with toys and lego near the living space. Large open plan kitchen, living and dinning with access to river view balconies with dinning table, bar table and BBQ for your alfesco living.
Beautiful tropical garden with our friendly fish pond. - please supervise children at all times. Porch and trampoline for your use along with washing line to dry those beach clothes!

Please enjoy our home but note that the garages, downstairs cupboard and 2nd room are not for use and are locked. Please do not try to access them.
