The house was perfect for our girls trip. The communication with the owner was amazing! Any questions we had were promptly answered. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The covered porch is a comfortable, wonderful place to hang out. We really enjoyed our time at Grand Lake!

The house fit our needs very well! Lots of dishes and cooking pans to use throughout out week long stay. We were happy that the owner had planned ahead and put a cattle panel at the deck stairs for us to easily secure whenever our young children were outside on the deck so they couldn't get off to access the water.

Property was in perfect location. It has a lovely water view and nice dock. The house is spacious with nice lay out. Our only complaint was the house was not guest ready. No soap at the bathroom sinks. We didn’t find any towels until day 2 when I found all the towels still in the dryer and never folded and stocked in the bathrooms. We had to unload the dishes from dishwasher before we could cook anything . No toilet paper and no liners in any of the cans.

Thank you for the kind words about the location, water view, dock, and layout; we're glad those aspects of the home stood out. We're sorry the house wasn't fully guest-ready when you arrived. We keep extra supplies on hand, and we've spoken with the cleaning service about making sure soap, toilet paper, and liners are stocked before every arrival. It was a same-day turn, and the dryer and dishwasher were apparently still running when the cleaners left, which is why the towels weren't put away and the dishes weren't unloaded. We've since addressed this with the cleaning team to improve communication and ensure everything is properly finished and set out before check-in going forward. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope you'll consider visiting again to see the improvements.

Wonderful property located in a beautiful cove. Plenty of space for nine for our yearly adults only getaway. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful house with a view of the lake. Liked to relax on the back porch after a day of fishing on Grand Lake. Comfy beds & nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms.
