Camera 1 is located on the dock viewing the boat slip and camera 2 is located on the exterior of the 1st unit facing the main entrance and driveway. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion

1st time to Grand Lake

Place was decorated nicely and presented fairly. Beds weren’t the greatest but the house was located close to everything in a quiet area and it fit our needs. We used the boat slip which was an added bonus and convenient for boating. Unfortunately the rain brought so much debris the lake was hard to navigate but we had a good stay otherwise

Very clean. Private boat dock is amazing. Take your own sheets for pull out beds. Wonderful set up for our group. We had 3 couples, 2 teens and 3 small children. :)

We really enjoyed Derrick's property. It is been completely re-done. There is a lovely sunroom with great views of the lake. The larger unit has a washer/dryer, which is wonderful for a lake stay. We were able to cook meals in the large kitchen for our family. The boat dock is convenient and a great plus for the property. Derrick and Summer were very responsive when we ran out of a few essentials. Thanks for a great stay full of wonderful family memories.

Beautiful views and perfect lake access!

We had an awesome time, highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for both lake access and proximity to town. Matthew, the neighbor across the street, was incredibly accommodating and went out of his way to make sure that we had a good stay and felt welcomed. Having the covered car ports is a massive plus and something that we did use to protect our boat once.Leslie, the guest contact, was very receptive and available pre-stay to answer questions. The house was VERY clean and well appointed. Nice appliances and furniture. Felt very welcoming, and the layout really draws you to the lake and the outdoor area.
