Absolutely fabulous stay at this apartment. The largest pool I have ever seen and so clean and refreshing. The apartment was two bedrooms and two bathrooms and had everything my wife and I needed. Excellent showers, all kinds of utensils to cook, very comfy beds, and a balcony overlooking this million dollar lagoon. Wish I stayed longer!

Note pour l'appartement dans l'immeuble 12 5/5Très bel appartement, bien équipé (papier de toilette, shakpoing, savon corps, savon vaisselle, savon laver, vaisselle, saran wrap, quelques épices), article de base fourni, rien à dire de négatif sur l'hôte, communication facile. Seul chose qui aurait été apprécié est une cruche d'eau lors de notre arriver malgré les 4 breuvages laissés ça nous auraient aider mais on nous a donné deux bouteilles d'eau supplémentaire le soir même. Note pour le site 4/5La piscine est malade avec le sable. Il y a un petit bar près de la piscine mais les heures ne sont pas affichés et sont instable. Ils ont des breuvages, des pop sicles et de la crème glacée. Il y a des snack mais pas beaucoup de ce que j'ai compris, nous n'en avons pas commandé. Je crois qu'il y a des projet futur à venir mais un parc, un gym, une petite salle de jeu intérieure, un plus gros restaurant et une mini epicerie serait un énorme plus à beaucoup de gens de venir louer.Note pour l'emplacement 4/5C'est dans un coin en développement, faut faire minimum 20 min de marche avant d'arriver au centre-ville de Punta Cana et avoir accès au restaurant, épicerie, etc. Mais les Uber sont vraiment facilement accessibles et pas si dispendieux que ça !

Why they chose this property

I chose the beach at the city place for its gorgeous crystal Lagoon. Once the resort is complete, it will be like its own little town. I spent three weeks there alone and always felt safe.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is located on the fourth floor and approximately a one minute walk to the crystal Lagoon, which is surrounded by white sand and a pool bar . The light breezy Boho decor, gives you a sense of peacefulness. Once you walk into the condo, the view will take your breath away.
