Over 600m2 of built area (flat terrain), we have a deck with a private pool within the house, two indoor leisure areas complete with a table, 5 large-screen smart TVs, high-speed internet, 2 barbecues, refrigerator, freezer, water dispenser, beer cooler, champagne cooler, and a master suite with a jacuzzi. Close to the centre of Gravatá, but at the same time it feels like we are far away. Mountain climate in winter and beach climate in summer. Between the mountain and the sky. Leisure area 2, as we call it, is located at the back of the house (but within the same property), fully integrated with the main house but can be used independently. With two suites, both with split air conditioning, one with a double bed and two trundle beds and the other with a queen-size double bed and two trundle beds, accommodating 4 people, heated bathrooms, large pool deck with outdoor shower, sun loungers with mattresses, leisure area with table for 12 people, smart TV, china cabinet, bar counter, champagne cooler, refrigerator with freezer, beer cooler, barbecue and separate toilet for the leisure area. Guest access: All areas are open except those indicated by a security lock or key. These are: the wine cellar, maintenance rooms, and the sauna area (currently deactivated). All the rest of the property is free for guests to use and enjoy. Complete house in a gated community. The community has a swimming pool, party room, and playground. But the house has a private pool and two complete leisure areas, independent of the community. All photos are of the property in its private setting. Only two photos relate to the condominium itself: the communal pool and the children's playground. ATTENTION: As an optional courtesy, we also offer, at our expense, on one of the days of your stay (to be arranged), the sending of our housekeeper to clean the rooms, tidy the bathrooms, wash any dirty dishes, and tidy the house. She can arrive between 10:30 am and 11:00 am and should not spend more than 2 hours doing this. This is optional and a courtesy from us, a special touch ;-) The house is sanitised at the end of each stay, so that the new guest receives a completely clean and fresh-smelling property.
