Welcome to Indian Oaks #7 – aka "Sandy Toes" - a beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just 0.1 mile from the beach. Enjoy a quick 3–5 minute walk to two nearby public beach access points—one at the end of the street to the north, and another to the south. Indian Oaks is part of a small, peaceful complex with only 16 total units, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Inside, you'll find a bright and spacious open-concept layout featuring a comfy chaise lounge-style couch, flat-screen TV, dining table for four, and extra seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has been tastefully updated and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Please note, there is NO oven here - the kitchen has an Induction stove top only. The bedroom offers a comfortable King bed, nice closet space and an attached bathroom with beautiful walk in shower.

Right across the street is a public park with tennis and basketball courts—be sure to bring your gear! Additional amenities include free WiFi, an on-site grill and tables and 1 assigned on-site parking space.
