Inside the main home, you’ll find a cosy living area with heat pump and air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly onto the deck for easy summer dining. The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, the second bedroom has two singles, and there’s a light-filled office with an additional bed for flexible sleeping.



Tucked behind the main house, the guest cottage offers privacy and convenience, with its own kitchenette, bathroom, king bed and daybed – perfect for grandparents, teenagers, or a couple looking for their own space.



With easy off-street parking and a flat section, getting in and out is a breeze. Onetangi Beach is just a 2-minute drive away, or take Jacobs Ladder for quick foot access. The Four Square supermarket, playground, and beachside restaurants are all within walking distance – meaning everything you need for a relaxed island holiday is close at hand.
