Good to be on 2nd floor as the ramp and stairs to the street are easily accessed in a fire. We did have two false alarms late evening with no comms from anyone until it was obvious there was no fire. Other occupants are getting blasé about the alarms as a result and didn’t leave their apartments.Plenty of room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Patio area was substantial, getting sun till about 10:30 in AM. But this area became a receiver of smokers’ butts from apartments above.
