A beautiful Victorian home

My family and I enjoyed a beautiful post -Christmas stay at this very comfortable Victorian home within walking distance of downtown Boyne City. Place is charming and has everything you need and location was great.

House for vacation

We enjoyed our stay the house was in good shape and the bedrooms were very comfortable and the location was walking distance to downtown. The front porch was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee very quiet. Our family enjoyed the property for our vacation and would stay there again.

Quick Summer getaway

This is a charming house that comfortably sleeps 8 people. We were a short walking distance to town and a couple beaches. There was plenty to do with a cozy place to relax.

Boyne City Downtown

This house is very clean, great condition. & room to spread out. The best part is how close it is to downtown, only 1 block away. It's a quiet area and cute porch to hang out on.

Lovely home to stay in when visiting Boyne Mountain.

Beautiful and clean property in a wonderful location to Boyne Mountain. We walked into Boyne city for dinner the first night. We made breakfast and dinner at the house and enjoyed games and our friends. It was only a 5 minute drive to ski.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location!

Great stay with several family members. Window ac units are fine if outdoor temps are below 80, above that it was uncomfortable until late evening. We loved walking to town and hanging out on the front and back porches. Well equipped throughout. Beds are exceedingly soft -need to be more firm. All in all great stay.

Great Rental

This was a great rental for our family vacation. Easy walking distance to the shops (even for a 6 and 8 year old), quiet street location with nice porch, small fenced backyard for the dog. It did get a bit hot upstairs, but there is one window AC unit plus fans in each room. Might want to consider packing an extra fan! Overall great experience. Kitchen is well stocked, very clean. We had a blast!

Loved the house and location. Kitchen faucet needs replacing, leaks under sink , downstairs bedroom has natural gas odor coming from basement. Hanger as fix in upstairs bedroom fan should isn’t right and fan in main bedroom needs looking at, seems it could fall. We’d come again but the gas smell was especially concerning, probably why the window was open upon arrival.
