Dear Terry, Thank you for staying at my apartment and for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention. Following your stay, I had the toilet repaired. Regarding the dirty linen on the balcony, I sincerely apologise. The cleaner had nowhere else to put it, so she left it in a bag on the balcony. I came to collect it, but unfortunately, you declined to hand it over. As for the towels, I will make sure they are ironed in the future to help ensure they feel softer and more comfortable. Regarding the parking space, it was shown to you upon your arrival, and it is also clearly marked with the number 7. Finally, I sincerely apologise for the neighbour's impolite behaviour towards you. Dear Ma, Thank you for staying at my apartment for one and a half months. Unfortunately, I believe your review is unjustified and was written in retaliation for the cleaning fee I charged you. Although my apartment is older, everything is in good working order and well maintained. Before your arrival, my cleaner spent three hours thoroughly cleaning the apartment, so I strongly disagree with your claim that it was dusty or unclean. Furthermore, the bed linen was brand new, having been purchased just a few days before your arrival. There were blood stains which you left on one of the bed sheets. I'm disappointed by your comments about communication. I always endeavoured to communicate with you professionally and address your needs. On the two occasions when you locked yourself out of the apartment, I came promptly to provide you with a spare key. Regarding the vacuum cleaner, I initially left it with you but later took it back because I needed it. I subsequently asked whether you needed it again, and you declined. Upon your checkout, the apartment was left in a very dirty state. There was hair and food debris all over the apartment, and the table was covered in sticky tape and glue. These conditions required additional cleaning, which is why I charged you a fee. I understand that guests have the right to share their experiences, but I believe your review doesn't fairly reflect the condition of the apartment before your arrival or the efforts made to accommodate you.
