Casey's by the Lake is an ideal family home located opposite Coila Lake and with direct access to the cycleway/pathway. The pathway leads to the beaches, shops and around to the restaurants and Boatshed fronting Tuross Lake. A beautiful way to enjoy a leisurely lunch and coffee overlooking the magnificent waterways.
The upstairs of the home has an open plan living area and dining nook, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room has access to the large covered front deck with lovely views overlooking Coila Lake. The main bathroom has a large bath, shower and separate toilet. The accommodation upstairs offers three bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 double in the third bedroom. Also upstairs is an enclosed rear sunroom set up beautifully as a quiet reading room or play area for the kids.
Downstairs area houses a second living area with double bed, laundry with shower and toilet and access to the enclosed rear yard. The property has gas heating for the colder months.
All doonas, blankets and pillows provided.
What to bring: all your linen for 2 queen beds & 2 double beds, towels (bath, floor, tea etc), all personal toiletry items and food products.
