Heerlijk huis op een heerlijke plek

Een echt fijn familiehuis met alles erop en eraan. Iets gedateerd maar dat heeft juist charme. Veel ruimte, veel keukengerei, prachtig uitzicht. Mooie regio ook (DE en A)

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit bester Aussicht

Schönes großes rustikales und sehr gut ausgestattes Ferienhaus in gewachsener Lage mit top Aussicht. Im Winter kurze Wege zu den Loipen und zum Skihang mit Ski- und Snowboardschule. Jederzeit wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien

Das Haus hat eine schöne, ruhige Lage und ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und gut aufgeteilt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour merveilleux

Maison très confortable, vue magnifique, au calme. Très bien équipée, avec garage pour les vélos. Mieux qu à la maison !! Et très bien située, à 5 min du centre du village en vélo, piste cyclable à côté. Vallée paisible, loin des grandes stations surfrequentee. Un spot idéal pour départ rando et balades en velo. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Was benötigt wurde war da. Ich würde das Haus immer wieder mieten.

Fantastisch huis en locatie!!

We waren voor het eerst op deze locatie en we hebben het in een woord FANTASTISCH gehad!! Mooi groot huis met veel privacy waar wij van houden. Heel veel ruimte. Een mooie nieuwe keuken en beneden een mooie nieuwe badkamer. Aan alles is gedacht. Wij houden heel veel van wandelen en dat is daar zo geweldig mooi. Openbaar vervoer is gratis in de regio en ideaal als je een wandeling maakt en de bus terug neemt. We komen zeker te weten terug. Bedankt!!

Wundervoller Berg-und Talblick

Wenn man glaubt man war schon an schönen Orten, dann war man noch nicht in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Aussicht durch das große Wohnzimmerfenster ist atemberaubend und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Als Ausgangslage für Wanderung oder Fahrradtouren direkt vom Haus eignet sich die Unterkunft hervorragend. Zudem muss man nur kurze Strecken fahren um weitere tolle Täler, Berge, Seen und Orte zu finden. Auch noch mal ein großes Dankeschön an den Vermieter, welcher sich super um Fragen und Probleme kümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz. Viele Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Phantastischer Panoramablick auf die Berge vom Wohnzimmer aus. Sehr freundlicher Verwalter. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Gut ausgestattet mit Grill, Schlitten, Skier, Fahrräder, kinderstühlen. Küche und Bäder neu. Empfehlenswert

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Durch die leichte Hanglage in Emmat hat man einen spektakulären Ausblick auf das Leutaschtal bzw. die Berge und hat tolle Wanderungen direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, tolle Waschräume inkl. Waschmaschine und ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist zwar eher wild gehalten, Terasse und Balkon aber gut nutzbar mit viel Sonne. Der Verwalter war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Ausstattung vollständig, gute Lage

Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Tageshitze drang nicht ins Haus. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber in der Nähe sind einige Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die "Fahrräder" waren interessant(uralt), aber nur für Kurzstrecken tauglich. Das Grundstück bietet Kindern keine Möglichkeit zum Ballspielen und die herrliche Aussicht ist ein wenig zugewachsen. Die nahe Umgebung bot uns viel Abwechselung. Insgesamt haben wir hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen können, bei Sonne und bei Regen.

Amazing hut experience

I spent 2 weeks at the hut with friends. the views are incredible and it's location is great for cycling and hiking. the hut is very spacious and homey, and Georg was very helpful and communicative before our arrival and till the end. would definitely come back :)

Spacious home in Leutasch

Excellent experience renting this house in Leutasch. Good for large groups. Well equipped kitchen and everything you need is provided. The home is divided into an upstairs and downstairs separate areas. Very good communication with the owner Georg and with the property manager Jan. Would stay at this home again!

Prima vakantiehuis met geweldig uitzicht!

Dit ruime huis ligt in een rustig dorp in een mooie omgeving. De inrichting is wat gedateerd, maar de twee badkamers zijn gerenoveerd en erg mooi! Het uitzicht is geweldig!

We hebben het met ons vijfen goed naar het zin gehad

Onze dochter met vriend in het souterrain met nieuwe douche en mooi plateau. Wij met ons drieën op de begane grond wat wel wat gedateerd is, maar wel alles meer dan genoeg aanwezig ( behalve magnetron) En een mooi balkon. Wasmachine en strijkspullen aanwezig. Was fijn zodat tussentijds de handdoeken gewassen konden worden gedurende de week. Fijn onderkomen met veel privacy in een gezellig dorp!

Leuk en ruim huis met een geweldig uitzicht!

Dit huis is een leuk en ruim huis met een fantastisch uitzicht, ietwat achterstallig onderhoud en met vreselijk nieuwsgierige buren. Wij hebben ons hier met het hele gezin (3 kinderen en onze berner sennenhond). De benedenverdieping (3 slaapkamers, toilet en prima badkamer) is gerenoveerd en is geweldig. De bovenverdieping (woonkamer, keuken, badkamertje, toilet en twee slaapkamers) zijn nogal toe aan een renovatie. Alles is hier nog wel functioneel, maar een update zou meer dan welkom zijn.

Tolle Wohnung für große Familie

Eine große Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man so Täglich brauchte. Alle hatten ihre eigenen Schlafzimmer, auf jeder Etage Sanitäre Anlagen. Großes Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender Küche. Es war mehr vorhanden als wir benötigten. Vielen Dank!

Großes Haus, schöne Lage, herrliche Landschaft, Modernisierungsbedarf

Auch im Winter ein Haus mit viel Platz, rundherum Balkon, großes Panoramafenster schon in den 70ern mit grandiosem Blick auf das Hochgebirge. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos, auch der Betreuer vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis ist günstig. Das liegt wohl daran, dass Modernisierungsbedarf besteht. Bad und Toilette im Untergeschoss sind schon erneuert, sehr geschmackvoll. Bad und Küche im OG warten auf eine baldige Sanierung. Diese ist auch notwendig. Vor allem müssten die Urmöbel im Wohnzimmer dringend erneuert werden. Sobald dies geschehen ist, kann man das Domizil wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
