The house is located in the Olympia region of Seefeld in an idyllic, beautiful location surrounded by nature surrounded by meadows and forest. It offers space for 4 people on 72m²: cozy living room with panoramic window and modern wood central storage stove with electronic control (Data Fire Control),
2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet, covered terrace and garden.

The house is in a unique place in an absolutely quiet environment with maximum privacy to relax and unwind or spend a romantic weekend.

It is ideal for a wide range of sporting activities in every season, directly from the front door or with short journeys in the immediate vicinity. You will find numerous cycling and mountain bike trails, hiking, mountain and via ferrata tours, a large-scale Nordic walking and running arena, 2 adventure pools, swimming lakes and a summer toboggan run.

In winter you can expect modern lifts, perfectly prepared cross-country trails, toboggan runs, ice rinks, winter hiking trails and much more.

All this in the middle of an enchanting landscape with breathtaking mountain scenery!

However you want to spend your free time in nature, you have the choice and also the possibility to reach shops, restaurants and other leisure facilities in a few minutes by car.

You can grill on the terrace! Parking space incl.

On request and if necessary, we are happy to provide information of all kinds! We are also available at any time by phone!

ARRIVAL DAYS: in the high season only Friday and Saturday and by appointment
CHECK IN / OUT: the times given are for guidance, but can be customized - if possible - individually!

Incredible Stay

We (2 adults + dog) spent Christmas at Karin’s and it was absolutely idyllic. The property is well stocked with wood and a fully equipped kitchen. Karin was very attentive and incredibly kind. We would (and hopefully will) stay at Landblockhaus again soon.

The property is in an ideal location if you wanted to be remote from civilisation. It's far enough to enjoy the birds singing and close enough ( 3-4minutes drive ) to be in Seefeld. The property is great, garden in huge. Our large two dogs enjoyed the garden but the fence on the far side of the property is completely broken. So if you take dogs to Karins place, you might want to think of enclosing your dogs to a smaller area. The view is stunning in every direction. We had lovely forest walks, short drives to restaurants and other attractions.Over all an outstanding holiday in early March.

Excellent stay and absolutely beautiful and very quit environment in the nature around! If something is missing it is an extraction in the kitchen for the smell during cooking - but all the rest - 5 stars!

Quiet in the country

The accomodations were simple but very comfortable. We enjoyed the quiet, the walks in the wood with our dog and the warmth of the fireplace. Everything was clean and in order and the check-in and check out were without issue. It is very convenient to Seefeld and to the langlauf trails. We would recommend the chalet for those who want to get away, put your phone away and relax.

Toll gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir waren ganze 2 Wochen hier und es war soooo friedlich! Die Lage ist beneideswert! So viel Ruhe! Das Haus ist schön urig und sehr gemütlich. Die Kids konnten wir zwar nicht ganz vom Handy fernhalten, aber die meiste Zeit waren wir unterwegs oder haben Tischtennis gespielt. Bei schlechtem Wetter wurde drinnen Karten/Spiele gespielt. Es war auch toll bei Regen auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und Vögel/Eichhörnchen zu beobachten. Das Panoramafenster hat den TV sehr gut ersetzt;) Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Gern wieder

Die freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin empfing uns in ihrem schönen Haus, das sich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung befindet. Alle vorhandenen technischen Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei. Die gezeigten Fotos sind realistisch. Auf dem großen Grundstück ist viel Platz zum Tischtennis- und Federballspielen. Man kann die Ruhe genießen und ist aber auch bei Bedarf schnell im touristisch gut frequentierten, schönen Staedchen Seefeld.

Idyllische Lage

Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und waren froh über die angenehme Wärme des Holzofens, und das Ende Mai ;-).Tolle Umgebung zum Wandern mit Hund.Schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr naturnah und erholsam

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, in der naturnahen Umgebung, im sehr gemütlichen Haus mit Holzheizung und dem Futterhaus mitsamt "Nutzern" - viele Wildvögel konnten wir beobachten, die wir bei uns zuhause schon länger nicht mehr gesichtet haben. Das/die Eichhörnchen sind allerliebst! Vielen Dank an Karin für diese schöne Woche! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Super Auszeit in idyllischer Kulisse

Mitten in der Natur

Durch die vielen Bilder hat man schon vorab einen guten Eindruck. Wir wurden -trotz Verspätung- sehr freundlich empfangen und in alles eingeweisen. Das Haus ist ruhig und landschaftlich schön gelegen, wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Einfach wunderbar

Für unseren diesjährigen Winterurlaub war dieses gemütliche Blockhaus einfach perfekt. Trotz der schönen ruhigen Lage ist alles in kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders gefallen hat uns das große Wohnzimmerfenster mit Blick auf eine herrliche Landschaft. Unseren beiden Kindern hat es viel Freude bereitet die Eichhörnchen und Vögel zu beobachten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Karin! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Winterurlaub 2024

Das Landblockhaus ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, ideal wenn man mit Hund Urlaub macht. Das Haus ist größer als angenommen und sehr gemütlich, mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. Der Kamin sorgt für eine schöne Raumtemperatur. Die Küche ist mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Dankeschön an Karin.

Wer Ruhe sucht, wird hier fündig

Wir haben eine Woche in Karins tollem Ferienhaus wohnen dürfen. Check-In und Check-Out verliefen ganz wunberbar umkompliziert, Karin ist eine sehr freundliche sympathische Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Betten sind super bequem und laden zum entspannten Schlafen ein. Das Haus, das Grundstück und deren Lage sind ein Traum für jeden, der Ruhe sucht. Hier trifft man nur wenige Menschen. Man kann herrlich Spazieren gehen, auch mit Hund. Toll zum Abschalten. Dank des Malzeugs, der Tischtennisplatte und dem Spielhäuschen wurde auch unserer Tochter nicht langweilig :-). Rundum nur zu empfehlen!
