In this quiet yet central location stands the "Haus Romantic," featuring two cosy holiday apartments. Ground-floor apartment with its own terrace and garden / 1st-floor apartment with its own balcony. You’re also welcome to use the large garden with a lawn for sunbathing<br><br>Quality rating: 3 Edelweiss<br><br>Large, natural garden with a lawn for sunbathing<br><br>The first-floor holiday apartment, with its own entrance, is approximately 58 m² in size, plus a 15 m² private covered balcony <br>Panoramic view<br><br>Layout: First-floor unit featuring a living room with an LCD TV and direct access to the balcony, two bedrooms with double beds, LED bedside lamps, a well-equipped, separate kitchen, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.one bathroom, bathtub with shower screen, one toilet. / Bed linens, hand towels, shower towels, and tea towels are provided by us; one parking space in the carport<br><br><br>The ground-floor unit is approximately 70 m² plus a 20 m² terrace. <br>Layout of the ground-floor unit: a large living room (25 m²) with two sleeping options—a double pull-out sofa with a sleeping surface of 200 x 160 cm—direct access to the terrace and garden, and a flat-screen TV with satellite. One bedroom with a double bed, one small bedroom with a single bed (192 x 93 cm—children’s room), a separate kitchen, dishwasher, dining area, bathroom with shower enclosure, and a separate toilet. One parking space in the carport<br><br>. Prima Unterkunft, ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Das Highlight war der Balkon mit Bergblick – auch bei Regen ein schöner Platz zum Verweilen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Spontaner Kurzurlaub

Alles super Reibungslos und unproblematisch. Mit Kind zu empfehlen, da alles nötige vorhanden ist. Die kurze Anbindung zum Skilift und die kostenfreie Nutzung der Schlitten hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir würden gern wieder hin.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Parterre-Ferienwohnung des Haus Romantic verbracht. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und es fehlte an nichts. Das Grundstück hat einen großen Garten mit Grillplatz hinter dem Haus, vielen Gartenstühlen und Sonnenliegen und einen Carport. Auch hier ist alles sehr gepflegt. Bei Bedarf steht der Vermieter hilfreich zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruhig gelegenes Haus

Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit großer Terrasse und schönem großen Garten. Reichlich Liegen und Gartenmöbel. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Einrichtung ist komplett und man findet alles was man braucht. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
