The next bus stop is 200m in front of the house, the supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. Oberperfuss is ideal for numerous sports such as hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, skiing, winter hikes, horse riding, and much more.
The apartment has 130 square meters and has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 180 x 200. In the large living room there is a pull-out couch for 2 more people. A fully equipped kitchen and a wood stove can also be found here. The bathroom has a bathtub with whirlpool function, 1 shower and a toilet.
