The kitchen and main floor have recently been renovated with fresh paint, new floors, designer furnishings, quartz counters, and stainless appliances.

This well appointed condo is located in the gated Golf Villas community of Mauna Lani and features two bedrooms on the main floor, a spacious loft area on the second floor that overlooks the family room below, and a private lanai with views of the Mauna Lani Golf Course and Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa in the distance.

The master suite features a King Westin Heavenly Bed, direct lanai access, a flatscreen TV, and a 5-piece ensuite bathroom with walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom features a Queen Westin Heavenly Bed, a flatscreen TV, and is near the main bathroom.

Added bonus bedroom in the loft features a California King.

There are two parking spaces assigned to the unit for plenty of parking for larger parties.

The dining room features an expandable dining table with seating for six, in addition to the four bar stools at the peninsula.

The living room features a Crate & Barrel queen sleeper sofa, West Elm arm chairs, and modern beach decor, as well as a large flatscreen TV.

Three beach cruisers with helmets are available. A quick release seat for smaller children is also provided.

Free, high-speed internet, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, National Geographic, and Netflix are provided at no additional charge.

Guests have access to the Owners Club at the Mauna Lani Beach Club located at Makaiwa Bay.

The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a 5min drive, or a 6min bike ride, away and features free parking, free use of the restrooms at Napua Restaurant, and free use of cabana beach chairs.

Makaiwa Bay is great for young families and its calm waters make it excellent for snorkeling and paddle boarding.

The house was exactly as advertised. Both bedrooms had very comfy beds. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and it was ideally located in the Mauna Lani Resort. Could not have asked for a better location or place to stay for the money!

Spring Break in Hawaii

The property was very clean with updated interiors and well appointed. The kitchen and garage was stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay especially traveling with younger children. We will be back next year to enjoy another spring break.

Perfect Location

The property is in a perfect location for seeing all areas of the island! Beaches are close and the rental is centrally located to travel north or south to explore! We loved having the pool/hot tub to unwind after a day of adventuring. Allyson was beyond helpful from start to finish on answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed to have the best trip. We can’t wait to return!

Mauna Kea fun

We had an amazing time. Place was great. Loved the location. Had beach access. Only frustrating thing was the pool and no hot water last day. We were the only one's in the pool playing with water toys and a football. Some Manager came and said no balls or pool toys in the pool and took our condo number. What!!?? Really?? This would make someone with a family not real excited to stay on property. Ruined my kids fun at the pool. No one all week was told no pool toys. Doesn't encourage me to tell friends with families. Also we paid for an extra day to get cleaned up and ready for our Red Eye flight but our hot water wasn't working. Needed to be reset. So we had to all take cold showers. We paid extra and had to take cold showers.

Property was all as shown and more. Our stay was most pleasurable. Equipment for recreation, snorkeling gear, bikes and beach chairs was very appreciated. The kitchen area was best we have had in our 10 previous stays in Hawaii. It was very well equipped.

Excellent experience on the Big Island!

This was a wonderful condo, definitely one of the best we have stayed in! It had tons of space for 2 adults and three teenagers to spread out and we loved the convenience of having laundry facilities, the awesome outdoor kitchen, the beach gear and a really well-stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub were really wonderful too. We went to the beach club, which was a really good spot for snorkeling and hanging out, and also enjoyed the nearby beaches. Although we loved having the beach equipment (huge bonus of renting a condo vs. a hotel!) some of the chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear are pretty worn out or broken. We made do and it was not a problem because there was a lot of gear to choose from, but just something to note. Another thing to consider is there are not very many good restaurants nearby - that we could find - as most of the immediate area has overpriced resort restaurants and not a lot else. It's a beautiful area, but if you are looking for any reasonably priced taco shop or pizza parlor, they don't seem to be available. All in all, we'd go back here in a minute - we loved having meals on the lanai, and we ended up grilling more than we thought and it worked out well. Beautiful place that we'd recommend to friends!

It really is paradise...

Stunning retreat! We have stayed at Golf Villas and the same unit several times which is by far our favorite. The recent renovations are amazing and the location and amenities can't be matched. Definitely a 5 out of 5! From our initial interaction with the new owners and then Allyson, wonderful and attentive property management, was exceptional. The “Welcome Basket” an unexpected and thoughtful touch. We can’t wait to return. See you next year! Mahalo!

I, my wife, Kristin, and her sister, Katie, have the pleasure of hosting you in this spacious, well-appointed 2-bedroom condo in the gated community of Golf Villas at Mauna Lani. We’ve recently purchased this condo and are looking forward to many years of great memories with our family, we’re glad you’ve chosen to stay with us.

Kristin and I have been married for four years and have a two-year-old daughter, Piper. We live in the Pacific North West with our two dogs, Wesley and Sawyer, and two cats, Harvey and Alice. Katie, and her two dogs, Jackson and Twixie, have recently moved from Phoenix to be closer to us. With more than a dozen trips to the islands under our belt, it’s safe to say we find ourselves at home in Hawaii. We hope you will too.

Why they chose this property

Kristin and I spent part of our Honeymoon on the Big Island. Driving out from the Kona airport for the first time was like stepping into another world! On our second trip to the Big Island, we stayed in the Mauna Lani area in the Fairways complex. We had a wonderful time in that two bedroom condo. Ever since, we'd kept an eye out for availability in the area because we loved it so much. We jumped at the opportunity to own a piece of this Hawaiian paradise!

What makes this property unique

What makes this unit so great is it's access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. Though no beach on Hawaii is private, this is about as close as it gets. Private, free parking, and a beautiful, manicured beach with calm waters for snorkeling is icing on the cake. In addition, it's located a short distance from the Fairmont and Hilton Waikoloa Village with ample shops and dining options.
