The kitchen is designed for easy everyday living, complete with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and generous storage. Whether you`re preparing a quick breakfast or a relaxed dinner, everything is set up for convenience. The adjoining dining area seats four, creating a comfortable setting for shared meals or planning the day.

Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with soft linens and built-in storage, while the second bedroom includes two single beds, ideal for flexible stays. The bathroom is practical and well-appointed with a shower over bath, along with a washing machine and dryer for added ease.

Additional features include secure undercover parking for one vehicle and simple keypad entry for seamless access. Please note the apartment is accessed via two flights of stairs, with no lift available.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
