Dream location on the outskirts with large pool and garden, very quiet.

The 70m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a traditional ‘mas' and is fully air conditioned. Equipped with a large living and dining area it offers room for 5 people. The open kitchen has a dishwasher (Bosch), induction hob, oven (Siemens), Nespresso coffee machine, fridge / freezer (Liebherr), microwave (Samsung) and washing machine (Beko), toaster and kettle. Cleaning products are provided.

The bathroom is equipped with Italian shower, electric towel-dryer, toilet. One bedroom with king size bed (180X200) and separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. One (children's) bedroom with 2 single beds (90X200). The living area has a small office area with wireless Internet access and a pullout couch, plus a flat-screen TV (LG) with satellite channels and DVD.

The apartment is located on a 1 acre resort with a beautiful garden and an olive trees park, with depending on the season olives, figs, pomegranates, apricots and grapes, and underground remains of the Roman aqueduct of the Pont du Gard. Adjacent to the property is the HARIBO museum.

The city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes.

In 2015 the region has been internationnally distinguished by UNESCO as a 'world biosphere reserve' (les Gorges du Gardon, Uzès and Nîmes, 9th June 2015).

We had a great stay. Nicolas is a very nice and helpful. The house and swimming pool were great, Carrefour , bakkery and restaurants are on walking distance. Even to Uzes centre you can walk.

La région d'Uzès offre beaucoup d'expériences pour une famille, et nous avons pu profiter entre autres des animations de la fête Votive. La maison est située à l'extérieur d'Uzès, donc facile d'accès mais on peut se rendre au centre d'Uzès à pied par un joli sentier ( en approximativement une demie-heure . La piscine (partagée) est bien entretenue. La maison est climatisée. Nous aurions seulement aimé que la maison fournisse torchons et sacs poubelles. Nous recommandons fortement cette location .

Très agréable car sur l ensemble des gîtes nous étions seules

Très bien situé joli maison en pierres sèches mais si le gites avait été plein nous n aurions pas pu nous étaler sur la terrasse voisine et aurions bénéficié d une terrasse minuscule. Dommage d’autant qu a l intérieur il n y a Que peu d éclairage naturel ou artificiel tout comme à l extérieur L équipement est un peu limité si on mange sur place mais le propriétaire a été très réactif à nos demandes Très bon séjour qd même car literie excellent et emplacement top

schöner Standort

Man wohnte n einer ruhigen Straße und war mit Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder dem Auto schnell am Ziel. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Fahrradwege und man ist schnell auf den Straßen. Abends saß man in einer Wohnstraße, wir haben es sehr genossen.

Sommerferien in Uzés

Wir genossen eine sehr ruhige und erholsame Zeit bei Nicolas. Die Wohnung ist einfach, bietet aber alles was man für die Ferien braucht. Der Dampfabzug hat leider nicht funktioniert, was beim kochen etwas mühsam war aber weiter nicht tragisch. Die Poolanlage ist super auch mit Kindern.

Ruhig und erholsam

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, die Lage ist sehr ansprechend und idyllisch. Die Betten sind bequem, die AC war angenehm leise. Das SZ konnte sehr gut abgedunkelt werden. Die Küchenausstattung ist zweckmäßig, die Pfannen müssten erneuert werden. Der Poolbereich ist gepflegt, die Liegen ordentlich und stabil. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit gut zu erreichen. Uzes ist mit dem E-Bike in ca. 12 min. zu erreichen, zurück ist man in nur 7min, nach einer schönen bergab Fahrt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, auch ein sehr guter, höherpreisiger Frischemarkt. Alles ist zu empfehlen.

Un séjour de détente au milieu de la nature

Le gîte est propre, très bien aménagé et équipé. Vous pourrez vous détendre ou vous promener dans le grand jardin parsemé d'Olivier sous le chant du rossignol. Le village est très calme.

Un séjour très décevant

Nous avons été très déçus par la location. L'état des murs et de la douche ne sont pas en accord avec les rénovations dites récentes. La 2ème chambre est sous les combles et sans climatisation donc inutilisable en plein été. Nous avions une porte communicante avec l'appartement voisin, nous entendions de ce fait toutes les conversations. Notre terrasse donnait sur le parking et de notre appartement nous n'avions aucune vue. La piscine est à partager avec les locataires de 5 appartements. Il n'y a pas assez de sièges pour tout le monde et la piscine est vite encombrée. Pour terminer, nous avons eu des odeurs très désagréables dans l'appartement.

Déçu par l'accueil. L'appartement ne correspond pas à l'annonce flatteuse. Sur 3 jours nous avons subi 2 après-midi de tondeuse pour le repos ce n'est pas génial. Et pour finir un manque d'entretien général dans l'appartement et les extérieurs. Dommage...

Tolle Tage in Uzes

Das Areal ist wirklich großartig. Hier macht es Spaß seinen Urlaub zu verbringen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Dennoch sind in 1 Minute alle wichtigen Besorgungen (Bäcker, Carrefour, Pharmazie) zu erledigen. Der Hausherr, Nicolas, ist super hilfsbereit und wenn einmal was fehlte, war dies innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben. Der Pool ist hervorragend zur Abkühlung geeignet und immer sehr gepflegt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Pool. Aufgrund der sehr guten Lage kann man viele Tagesausflüge wie bspw nach Nimes, Avignon, in die Camargue, Pont du Gard ... unternehmen. Nach Uzès kann man sogar zu Fuß laufen und den tollen Markt erleben.

Very well set-up, attractive apartment

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Uzès. The apartment was well equipped, right down to the pods for the Nespresso machine! Another time, I'd like to try one of the other two apartments with terraces facing the orchard or pool, but even though ours overlooked the parking lot, we ate all our meals outside. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Herr Nicolas Blanquet ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Vermieter. Der Kontakt gestaltete sich sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Induktionsherd, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschubladen, Mikrowellenherd, Spül- und Waschmaschine, großer Fernseher ... alles vorhanden. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung sind sehr gut. Der Markt am Mittwoch und Samstag ist eine Wucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war zwar nicht das gebuchte Domizil, aber der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch dank der sehr guten Ausstattung und Lage des Hauses. Sehr netter Vermieter. Ruhige Lage, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5min mit dem Wagen. Toll mit Hund, da Gassimöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür.

Schöne Unterkunft

Ich und eine gute Freundin waren über Ostern 4 Tage in der 70m2 grossen Ferienwohnung von Nicolas. Der Platz war ausreichend, da man die Zeit sowieso vermehrt draussen verbringt. Die Wohnung selber war schön, jedoch fast ein bisschen dunkel. Die Terrasse war schön, auch dass die Feriengäste der Wohnung nebenan Einsicht auf unsere Terrasse hatte, störte uns nicht gross. Das Domizil hat einen sehr guten Standort, Supermarkt, Bäckerei etc. zu Fuss erreichbar. Nicolas war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten 4 schöne Tage. Vielen Dank.
