Pool was enjoyable, not far walk for the beach access. Located right next to the pier. Had chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Would have liked to see beach toys such as shovels and buckets. Would also liked to have seen a place to store our bikes we brought down.

The property was great for our family getaway to the beach. The rental was roomy and the price was definitely worth it. The location was perfect for Cocoa Beach. We walked to dinner both nights. Several surf shops nearby and tons of restaurants! The convenience of the beach entrance right near the volleyball courts and the cocoa beach pier was a huge bonus. I even ran every morning on the beach! It was literally right there! The pool was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Kiddos enjoyed the entire trip! So did we! The host’s communication was the best. They were super responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend the location for your next beach stay.
