For lovers of Cassis, calm and decor: be careful, this apartment is made for you!
Apartment T3, 60 M2, luxury services, ultra sunny, in the heart of the village of Cassis.
An atypical apartment treated in a "jungle" style, with a "wahouww" effect, as soon as you arrive!
At the entrance, your eye will be attracted by the contemporary look of the place, with its industrial glass-type window revealing the first bedroom with tree patterns, and parquet floor.
Then you will discover the lounge area, bright seen on the gardens (top !! an exterior of 10m2 to sip your glass of white Cassis wine)
In the same space (yes because the living room is very large!), A large industrial high table in oak and steel, convivial, for meals with several!
We look away, and the super equipped kitchen with the latest luxury elements gives us charm with its cement tile floor and its storage with "moucharabiehs" facades.
The second bedroom has nothing to envy to the first, just as refreshing with its greenery wallpapers.
And finally, the bathroom is embellished (not to spoil anything) with a walk-in shower.
This little cocoon of freshness has air conditioning, the best during peak heat in Cassis.
The large balcony has a plunging view of the garden of the residence and the sea can be seen in the background, it is equipped with a bar with high chairs, as well as a table and chairs for 4 people.
You are 5 minutes walk from the port of Cassis and the icing on the cake: private and secure parking is at your disposal.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. L'appartement est top, propre et fidèle aux photos. Il est très bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour cuisiner. Il est proche du centre-ville, du port et de la plage, c'est top.Nous avons eu un petit soucis avec la clef mais la gérante a été très réactive et sympathique.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Cassis stay‼️

We loved the town of Cassis so much, and we were so close to the water. Perfect location for sure! We loved the newly remodeled place, except we had company! ANTS. They were in our suitcases, all over our shoes, in our clothes, and were really a bother. I called and reported this to Audrey, but she didn’t respond. Also, the key fob for the parking wasNOT working snd every time we went in or out, we had to get someone to use theirs. This took a lot of time. Things like that should be checked before guests come. We did love the village though.

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé quelques jours début novembre à 3, 2 adultes et 1 enfant, dans la région et avons choisi de résider sur Cassis. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche à pied du port et des restaurants. Il est très bien aménagé et spacieux: conforme aux photos et aux attentes. Belle vue reposante sur le jardin au travers des grandes fenêtres et du balcon! Et la place de parking est bien pratique. Vu nos heures de départ et d'arrivée imprécises, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer Audrey , cependant toutes les explications nous ont été fournies pour procéder à notre installation et notre départ. Nous avons aussi tenu compte des recommandations fournies pour nous restaurer aux alentours et nous nous sommes regalés à chaque fois. En synthèse, un bel appartement et un gérant aux petits soins! Merci Audrey !

Séjour agréable à Cassis

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour chez Audrey. L'appartement est aussi joli que sur les photos et trés bien équipé. Il est idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples. De plus, sa situation est parfaite pour aller au port, à la plage, randonner dans les calanques ou faire qqs courses sans sortir la voiture.

Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen viel - und wurden vollständig bestätigt. Ein echter "Wow-Effekt" in einem eher unscheinbaren Appartmenthaus. Sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, mit pfiffigen Details (z.B. das Fenster vom Wohn-/Essraum ins Schlafzimmer). Schöner Blick vom Balkon in den baumbestandenen Garten, im Hintergrund das Meer und Cap Canaille. Relativ ruhige Lage. Und dazu eine nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Charmant et agréable.

Appartement charmant, propre, refait à neuf, décoration soignée, dans une petite co propriété proche du centre ville, de la plage et des calanques, idéal pour 4 personnes. Le parking est un véritable plus surtout à Cassis où les places sont rares. Tout peut se faire à pied.
