Tucked at the end of quiet Warren Street in ever-popular Richardson’s Landing, this lovely Cape Cod sits at the water’s edge, with gorgeous Views of both the Canal and serene Oyster Bay. A veritable waterfront wonderland, your family will make memories that will last a lifetime fishing and crabbing from the Floating Dock right in your own backyard! The perfect place for boating (shallow draft), kayaking (2 kayaks included), and paddle boarding, bring the family, the water toys - and yes, you can even bring the family dog at no additional cost (must be pre-approved - 1 Max).

As you enter Chamallow, you’ll be greeted by warm Hardwood Floors, comfy furnishings, and tons of natural light. You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day searching for Wild Ponies at Assateague National Seashore, and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV. With a warm Brick Hearth and Marble Flooring, this space combines the best of yesteryear with a slightly modern vibe. There’s even a Mini Bar with a Beverage Cooler and Ice Maker, so grab a cocktail and slip through the French Doors leading to the Waterfront Sunroom - and just look at those Views! Perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a View, curling up with a good book, or even dining Al-Fresco as you gaze at the water, you’ll spend lots of time in this very special place.

The Chef in your family will adore the totally and beautifully renovated Chef’s Kitchen with gleaming Stainless Appliances, Quartz Countertops, and all the comforts of home - and then some! Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, and whip up some Fresh Local Seafood - which hopefully you caught - and dine in the huge Dining Room with room for all. After dinner, kick back by the Fire Pit and just take in that salty, sweet sea breeze, while the rest of the family enjoys the Deck, spacious backyard, and obviously, the water itself.

On one side of the Kitchen, your eye catches a Ladder - and boy, are the kids in your group going to LOVE this! As you wander up the ladder, you’ll find an awesomely cool Children’s Play Loft with toys, games, and an Under the Sea Mural that will have their little imaginations in overdrive. All of this, just off the Kitchen, where the grownups can keep an eye on them, while enjoying some adult time.

Chamallow sleeps 10 comfortably in 3 Bedrooms, and with 2.5 Baths. Bedroom 1 is the Primary Bedroom and has a comfy King Bed and Attached Full Bath with Custom Walk-in Shower. Dressed in colors of sea glass, we love its Coastal Vibe and very cool built-in drawers. Also on the 2nd Floor, Bedroom 2 features a Queen Bed and Sleeper Chair, while Bedroom 3 has a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full) with a Twin Trundle, and sleeps 4. All Bedrooms have Flat Screen Smart TV, as well! Downstairs, the Library in the front of the house, has a Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle, and sleeps 2.
