LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1200+ sq ft home with an open-concept living area featuring plush seating, smart TV, and gas fireplace. The dining area offers ample seating for meals and game nights alike.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and smart TV. Upstairs second bedroom has 2 twin beds and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available for added comfort.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances including stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.

Wonderful for stay with family

We had an amazing time at this Big Bear cabin! The place was spotless and the bathrooms and kitchen were spic and span. Everything felt new and well maintained. The decor was lovely and gave the home such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The basement was a big hit with the family, lots of fun games to keep everyone entertained. The huge deck with the BBQ setup and jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. Truly a great stay for families, we'd love to come back again!

House was nice and clean. The gas fireplace pilot light goes out after about 20 minutes of running. Either the dryer or washer repeatedly emits an alert signal. Driveway is very steep and almost impassible in certain weather conditions.
