The clean and well maintained villa with private pool and sea views is located on a sunny plot in a quiet and tree-filled residential area in Javea (Balcon al Mar).

A well-maintained garden with lots of flowering and beautiful palm trees framed the house and the unique marble and lighted pool with steps entrance. The villa is surrounded by a wall and therefore offers an ideal retreat and privacy. The covered outdoor terrace overlooking the sea invites you to a cozy dining and lounging and can be closed by window blinds if necessary. Bathrooms and kitchen have been recently refurbished completely. The two bedrooms each have their own air conditioning. The Villa offers a relaxing getaway with its homelike interiors. The beautiful port town of Javea is located on the eastern tip of Spain between Alicante and Valencia. Javea offers a romantic and picturesque old town and wonderful small bays with crystal clear water, ideal for swimming, snorkeling and diving. The place has a nice harbor and a sandy beach with beautifully landscaped promenade with many cafes, bars and restaurants.

There are many excursions to amusement parks and water parks in and around Benidorm, boat trips to nearby places, hikes in the hinterland, water sports and romantic coves available. DC 3 dreamlike bays load close to the villa with small restaurants and tapas bars to relax. It is just 5 km away Denia can be reached by boat and take a trip to Ibiza or Mallorca.

Through its unique location, the climate in Javea is one of the best on earth. are a few exceptions neither very high nor very low temperatures measured. Even in January, the average daily temperature is still 16 degrees Celsius. The water temperature of the Mediterranean in summer is pleasant 25 degrees.
