Lemonwood Retreat has been set up with your comfort front of mind, assuring that you have space, comfort and peace. Beautifully furnished and fitted with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
This newly renovated space has a large open plan living, kitchenette and dining space. A modern and well equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare light meals, there is a front loading washing machine in the kitchen also. The lounge area has lots of comfy seating and heaps of space for you to spread out and relax.
The bedroom is light and sunny with good storage and a king size bed. The bathroom is spacious with shower vanity and toilet.
Warm and cosy with the heat-pump that provides quick and efficient heating, plus a second heater in the bathroom.
There are two outside seating areas to choose from, a lovely shady spot under the trees for morning coffee or an evening drink to enjoy the last of the sunshine.
The property has it's own separate entrance with a car port and ample parking for a car and a boat.
Lemonwood Retreat is a flat 20 minute walk to the Mapua Wharf, where you will find a wonderful choice of restaurants and cafes. Or just a 650m walk to the village centre with the well acquainted local Sprig and Fern pub.
If you love the beach, the Old Mill Walking Track which is just 100m away, takes you to Ruby Bay Beach, the track is just 800m long, a lovely stroll and also part of the Great Tast Trail.
This is a great base from which to explore the greater Tasman and Nelson region with all the popular hot spots within a half hour drive, including Rabbit Island, Kaiteriteri Beach and Nelson City.
