Algiers Point is the second oldest neighborhood in New Orleans. It is situated right across the Mississippi River from the French Quarter. The Point is a historic tight-knit community. The unique neighborhood has a beach town vibe (minus the beach). There are wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars walking distance from the studio.

Guests have full access to the apartment with a private entrance.

The Studio is a unique space on the ground floor of a historic building. The open floor plan has the living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining areas in a large room with high ceilings. Enjoy the comfortable king bed and plush seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration in New Orleans. The well-appointed kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals and snacks.

We have fast WiFi and a smart TV with free YouTube TV and HBO Max streaming services. Also included is a crate of vinyl to play on the record player.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. The private bathroom has a standup shower. Fresh linens, towels and essential amenities are provided.

The apartment is walking distance to the Algiers Point/Canal Street Ferry terminal. The ferry takes you across the Mississippi River in about 5 minutes. It drops you off in the French Quarter on Canal Street. The cost is $2 and it departs every 30 minutes. The 108 Bus stops 2 blocks away on the corner of Bouny Street & Opelousas Avenue.

Uber and Lyft rideshare services are readily available.

**Normal check-in time is 4 pm on the arrival date. For check-ins from 1:00pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property.
