This beach side condo has been newly renovated with all modern amenities and high end touches. Large, open floor plan, perfect for long term stays. Two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Unit has plenty of room and can sleep up to 11, with high end sleeper sofas. Master includes king bed with its own private full bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds with plenty of storage. Smart TV's in living room and in both bedrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Unit has its own washer and dryer as well as floor laundry. Heated pool on the beach, as well as sauna on main floor locker rooms. Outdoor Grill available on pool deck.

Good Location

Lido Key is a pretty beach location. The site is old and will need renovation soon, but ideally located and managed as well as possible under the circumstances.

Beautiful condo. Great location

This condo on Lido Beach was a dream come true for our visit. Updated beautiful condo fully equipped with everything anyone needs - including beach towels, beach gear, fully equipped kitchen. Mario and Cynthia have thought of everything. They were so gracious and accommodating. Beautiful facility with pool and and the gulf and beach right there. St Armand’s Circle offers fabulous dining. This is an A plus all around.

Fabulous Condo and Spectacular Location!

This condo is perfect. Kitchen is loaded with modern appliances and lots of dishware, silverware and glassware. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Decor is pleasing and very comfortable. Seconds from the pool and beach. A real treasure.

Great property

The condo was newly renovated, beautiful, crisp and clean. Everything you could need is provided by the owners. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and beach and pool towels and chairs provided. The owner and the building manager were both wonderful to work with.
