Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy your morning coffee on our sun drenched deck whilst keeping your eyes out for passing whales. Our beautiful beach shack is filled with character. Endless blue sky and sea views to the front and lush green escarpment views to the back. Cross the road and wander down the bush track to beautiful Sharky's beach. Five minutes walk to Rosie's famous fish and chips, Coledale RSL and The headlands hotel make this your dream coastal getaway.

The Space
We have 3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 queen, 2 x bunks with queens below and king singles above (they all have ample storage), one full size bathroom and a laundry with a toilet and sink. There is an outside hot/ cold shower and bathtub with ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen with island bench seating. Open plan living with dining table, lounge area and TV.

We stayed at Simon’s house with our four young kids. Simon’s an excellent host, left some welcoming treats on the table and in the fridge on our arrival. The house is fantastic with an awesome deck with water views out the front. We loved the fact that the beach was just a short walk across the road down a track, the out door shower once home was great too. Short walk to park, headlander hotel and service station. We’d definitely stay again

The house is super clean and the large deck looks east to the Pacific Ocean. The bedrooms are super comfortable and the beautifully decorated living and outdoor areas were perfect for our family group. It is an easy walk to the beaches and play areas, and a short drive to other beautiful seaside towns. And even though it rained for half of our stay, it didn't matter in such lovely accommodation. The host James was easy to contact. Even though it is on the main road north-south, the traffic noise was not bad. Compared to many places on the Coal Coast in peak season, we thought that this was great value.
