The apartment is in a central location with a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains.

The apartment is divided as follows:
fully equipped kitchen with satellite TV 18m²,
1x toilet 4m², 1x bathroom with double sink incl. Shower, separate bathtub and toilet 9m², 1x bathroom with sink and shower, 1x four-bed room with running water (1x double bed + 1x bunk bed) 24m², 2x double rooms without running water, each with a double bed 20m² and 15m², 1x double room with running water (1x double bed) 17m².

The apartment is on the 1st Floor. Skis can be parked in the garage. Ski clothing can be hung up to dry in the basement.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels (change of towels once a week), tea towels, tabs for the dishwasher, kitchen roll and toilet paper are included in the price. WiFi available free of charge.

Numerous cozy restaurants, pizzerias, inns and a grocery store are in the immediate vicinity.
50 m from the apartment there is a bakery and a hairdressing salon.

Doctor and ski rental 50 m away.

A large adventure playground with swimming pond and climbing hall is only a 10 minute walk from the house. In the village there is a playground with a sandpit, seesaws and slides as well as a mini golf course.

The ski areas Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena can be reached with the free ski bus. Ski bus stop 50 m away.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Alles da was man braucht.

Sehr schöne Woche gehabt. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Es ist alles mit kurzen Wegen zu ereichen: Bäcker, Läden Skibusse.

Tolles Appartment in guter Lage

Das Appartment ist wirklich schön und die Zimner sind großzügig. Die Küche war für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder ausreichend gross, allerdings zusammen kochen geht nicht,dafür ist sie zu eng. Die Vermieter reagieren schnell und waren super freundlich. Die Lage mit Skibus und Zillertalbahn vor der Tür ist wirklich gut. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und Restaurants.

Familienurlaub zu zehnt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Zillertal. Die Wohnung eignet sich hervorragend auch für zehn Personen (Großeltern, 2 Elternpaare und vier Kinder). Die 4 Kinder schliefen in dem größten Zimmer mit Etagenbett, jedes Paar hatte ein eigenes Zimmer. Die Wohnküche ist gemütlich und hat alles was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. In der Nähe kann man Essen gehen, ein Pub und die Skibus-Haltestelle sind ebenfalls vor der Tür. Wir kommen gern wieder! Vielen Dank auch für die leckeren Schnäpsle, lieber Franz-Peter!

Wir sind bei der Ankunft sehr nett von den im Haus wohnenden Vermietern empfangen worden und haben in der schönen Ferienwohnung mit Freunden wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und hell, einfach alles zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt in direkter Nähe, die Skibuss-Haltestellen nach Kalltenbach/Hochfügen und zur Zillertal-Arena sind 50 m entfernt. Besser geht es nicht. Schöne und große Wohnung

Sehr viel Platz und super sauber. Schöne Aussicht und zentral gelegen, also ideal für Ausflüge. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und so sind auch seine Eltern, die auch im Gebäude wohnen. Dieser Urlaub war es wert, wiederholt zu werden. Familie Gruber, vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung und auf Wiedersehen!

Winterurlaub

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, Platz war ausreichend vorhanden für uns 9 Personen. Der Vermieter hat uns auch bei Fragen oder Problemen die mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun hatten sehr freundlich unterstützt. Skibus und Bäckerei sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Schöne geräumige Zimmer und eine große Küche als Sammelort für alle. Wir waren zu Neunt und sind super zurecht gekommen. Einziges Manko, die in die Jahre gekommene Einrichtung und das 80er Jahre Bad. Wir waren zufrieden!

1 Woche Winterurlaub mit 8 Personen

Die Wohnung bietet großzügig Platz für 8 Personen. Sehr angenehm ist der große Esstisch mit Sitzbank, an dem sich alle zusammenfinden können. Geschirr ist ebenfalls reichlich vorhanden, toll ist auch die Spülmaschine. Die Lage zwischen den Skigebieten Zell am Ziller und Kaltenbach und 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Skibus bietet flexible Möglichkeiten, vom Endpunkt der Skiroute Aschau ist man auch zu Fuß mit Skischuhen schnell am Apartement. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Wit haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Wir waren zufrieden

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern in der FEWO und hatten mit den Bädern kein Problem. Die Wohnküche könnte allerdings etwas größer sein für 10 Pers. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen. Vielen Dank nochmals an dieser Stelle.

Pænt og rent sted, som kan anbefales. Ligger meget centralt i forhold til alt. Der er 50 m til skiudlejning, skibus, bager, supermarked og spisested. Venlig vært, og stedet indeholder det, som man har brug for. Kan varmt anbefales.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber in einer tollen Wohnung

Eine sehr helle, geräumige, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung bei sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, danke. Den teils in den Bewertungen genannten Engpass bei den Sanitäreinrichtungen haben wir nicht gespürt - waren allerdings auch nur zu viert. Die Skibusse Richtung Kaltenbach und Zillertal-Arena waren in 3 Min erreichbar und in 6 bzw. 12 Min. dort, Richtung Horberg/Penken haben wir lieber den eigenen Wagen genommen. Die zentrale Lage für alle Zillertaler Skigebiete ist ein großer Vorteil dieser Ferienwohnung.
