Having a well-equipped kitchen - just like home - is a HUGE plus! Our home definitely "lives large". The bonus of both front and back large decks allows for enjoyable outdoor space.
Loved all the amenities!! From SHARC passes to hot tub to bikes we enjoyed it all! The house layout worked great for our family! Great time was had by all!

SHARC passes are a MUST for our guests. The convenience of bikes is great for taking rides to the Sunriver Lodge, The Village, the SHARC, and everywhere around beautiful Sunriver.
We had a great stay and the teenagers loved their private spaces. At first I was nervous about the lack of AC in the house, but opening up the windows and sliding doors helped cool the house down pretty fast and everyone was comfortable.

Most guests are surprised to know that Sunriver sits at 4,170 in elevation. Hot summer days, but, when the sun sets, the nights cool down quickly. Guests appreciate the tower fans to blow cool air in at night. Cheers!
This place was an amazing home away from home!! Everything was so relaxing! This location had everything you could need! Bikes all worked well, lots of essentials for cooking and toiletries!! Definitely recommend!! Only critique would be: bathroom towels smelled old from sitting in washer to long… but that did not stop anyone from having a fantastic vacation!!

Guests certainly appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with cooking oils, vinegars, and nearly every spice you can think of. We appreciate all feedback which is helpful for our Housekeeper to improve processes.
Plenty of room and great for large families. Would stay again!
We really enjoyed all of the amenities (bikes, hot tub, card table upstairs).

Great to know that our home definitely "lives large" for families of 8-10. We recently got the game/poker table and happy to hear that many of our guests are using it. It's always nice at any time during the year to enjoy indoor games and fun after a spending quality outdoor activities. Thank you for your comments!
Enjoyed our stay in a home with hot tub, SHARC passes and many comforts of home. We missed having air conditioning on the hot days. The owner has many fans onsite to help with cooling.Owners are very responsive to any concerns.Location is very nice and very quiet at night. We would stay again with exception of hot summer days.

We don't offer AC because after the sun sets, the nights cool down to the low 50s (sometimes, up to the low 60s). Bring your fleece to wear at night, for sure! Guests use the fans after sundown to cool down the home at night and close the windows and sliders in the morning to keep the house cool during the day.
We’ve stayed in Sunriver quite a few times. This was a very nice stay for a family of 5. I really liked all of the pots and pans and other supplies that made it feel like your own home. Really comfortable bed in the main bedroom.

Our house is set up to accommodate two small families or one fairly large family. Several sleeping areas and rooms for all! We ensure, too, that the kitchen is stocked with oils, salt & pepper, and many spices, too.
It was a great time even though most activities were closed due to Smoky poor air quality. Thanks for letting us stay.

Fires in Oregon did impact the outdoor lifestyle towards the end of August and first part of September. The shift in wind patterns did cause unpleasant and unhealthy smokey air in Sunriver and Bend. Let’s hope and pray for clear skies next year!
We vacation in Sunriver every summer with another family and this house was perfect for our families. Quiet location. House has everything you need and is super relaxing!

We strive to ensure our guests - including small families - have everything they need to feel comfortable, relaxed, and the feeling of "home away from home".
This house has ample accomodations for a family and is in a good location within sunriver. I think this property would really be a slam dunk in the summer with it's amenities including bikes and SHARC passes.

Including SHARC passes is A MUST for our guests. Some guests do prefer bringing their own bikes, but, it is nice to have bikes available, too. Just one last item to pack before your trip.
This was a great property in Sunriver for our family. There were 8 of us, and it was a great size and comfortable.

The house certainly lives large with enough beds to accommodate 8 people. The living room also is large enough to seat 8 people at one time. Cheers to large families!
This Sunriver home was everything advertised and was a wonderful place to stay with a great yard for family get togethers! We had no problems while there, but the hosts were fantastic with communication before we arrived, so I have no doubt that all needs would have been addressed promptly if needed.

We want our guests to feel comfortable to contact us before and during their stay. It is important for our guests to experience a stress-free and relaxing getaway! The uniqueness of the large front lawn (and small backyard) is very nice for families.
Great location, clean property, quite neighborhood
We had the best stay at this property. This house was perfect for our vacation. Included Sharc passes that we enjoyed many days. It was easy to find as well coming in from Bend. This house is well maintained and was very clean. Our family was so relaxed we didn’t want to leave to come home. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Home
Our multi-generational family stayed here and it was perfectly suited for us. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because there was an appliance issue, but the owner responded immediately and was very accommodating so she gets 5 stars! We would definitely stay here again.

We appreciate all feedback - especially, during your stay. In this case, our guests reported an issue with the furnace and it was looked at that morning and replaced within 48 hours. Our gas fireplace became the main heat source during this time.
Thank you to our recent guests of the great communication!
Bottom line: if there is anything that comes up during your stay, please let us know about it immediately. We are available 24/7 to answer questions, troubleshoot, or schedule repairs (if necessary). We strive to ensure your stay is enjoyable and stress free.
The home was portrayed very accurately. It was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Thank you for taking care of our home! We check on our home on a regular basis and keep it well-stocked for our guests. Our housekeeping team does a wonderful job to ensure the house is clean and that there is enough towels (including hot tub towels), wash cloths, and kitchen towels for our guests, too.
Great house that fit my family of 6 perfect. We ended up renting during a heat wave and the house was stalked with fans that allowed us to keep it cool. Great quiet location.

The elevation in Sunriver is 4,164 which makes it the highest in the state of Oregon. High desert at its finest!
There are fans in every room (including 3 tower fans). Many of our guests know to open the windows and sliders at night and place fans in front to quickly cool down the spaces. Temperatures in the evening can be in the high 40s or 50s. Close up and keep the windows and sliders closed for the day to keep the heat out and live quite comfortably. Highs in the summer are typically in the high 80s and 90s.
Wonderful home near bike paths with a plush lawn in the front... a rare thing in Sunriver. Great deck and hot tub. Plenty of eating options in the summer. Well stocked kitchen!

The large front yard - plush lawn - is wonderful for those who enjoy yard games or to watch their little ones play while relaxing on the front deck. Guests certainly appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, too. Cheers!
This property was the perfect fit for a getaway with friends visiting from out of the area. We didn’t have time to visit the SHARC but got to visit the nearby High Desert Museum instead, which was wonderful. The layout of the home was a great fit for us and was comfortable for two couples (one with a toddler) and a single. Owners were wonderfully responsive and very clear with check in and check out instructions. We’d love to stay here again, but for one extra night next time!

Definitely an 1980's vibe, loved the deck and hot tub.
The house had plenty of room for our family of ten. The beds were good, the attached studio was a room with a bathroom in it, a little weird but worked. It is in a great location with trails right out your door.

Yes! The home was built in 1986 and “...this is sooooo Sunriver...” rings through! The 3rd bed/bath studio is a nice (and unique) space to get away from it all. The home is more comfortable with 8 guests, but, it’s great to know that many groups of 10 utilize the space quite nicely.
The house was spacious, cozy and had everything we needed. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and made home cooked meals so easy. We loved having numerous spots to spread out and relax. The studio was a hit for the older kids who wanted some privacy. The host was extremely kind and prompt with answering any questions we had. Loved the variety of bicycles available to use in the garage! Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the very outdated kitchen refrigerator/freezer and consider alternative flooring in the studio shower area, as the carpet got soaked after every use. While the location was in close proximity to a major throughway in the resort, it was great for people watching from the back decks. There was also a Northern Flicker nest in the tree directly across from the patio that made for an amazing experience to see each day.

We appreciate all guest feedback so we can thoughtfully consider changes or improvements. The fridge with bottom freezer does not come with an ice maker (one more thing to repair). But, there are plenty of ice trays to make ice. There is a 2nd fridge in the garage, too. The 3rd bed/bath studio is truly an "open concept" space: the stall shower, toilet, vanity, and two twin beds are all in one room. Replacing the carpet with hard surface flooring may be best. Thank you!
