There is a very clear view of the lake. However it is not easy to find access because of the surrounding private lake access points. We did see a bald eagle flying low over the beautiful lake.

It was clean and ok for two people. It needs more cooking utensils and a few more plates and cups. The front steps and hand railings need some repair. It would be helpful to have a larger kitchen table , it is barely big enough for two dinner plates and very little room for serving dishes. It would be a plus to have at least one living room type chair in addition to the couch which is very small. The bedroom was fine and bed very comfortable and plenty of place for clothes, rtc. We went to Wares Grove for swimming and beach. We enjoyed the porch , is a good place to read and visit.

Thank you for staying with us and for the helpful feedback! We're glad you found the place clean, enjoyed the comfortable bedroom, and had a good time on the porch and at Wears Grove. You're right about the front steps and handrails needing some paint and TLC, and that's on the horizon. We couldn't agree more about the kitchen table being too small, and we're already looking at a new table and sofa as an upgrade for next season. As for the cooking utensils, plates, and cups, this is our first year running the place, so we appreciate the insight and will be grabbing more cooking supplies for next summer.
