About the host
Hosted by Julie Carn
I am a nurse that lives in Melbourne Victoria and have always loved travelling and enjoy meeting people. I started hosting because I believe my apartment shows off one of the best areas in my city and wanted to share it with others.
Why they chose this property
St Kilda is a beach side suburb that offers beach side fun and events (triathlons, bike events etc) full of restaurants, cafes and entertainment venues (Palais theatre, Luna Park) within easy reach. Also a quick tram trip into the city where you can access what my city has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Set in an iconic, historical high rise apartment block ( first high rise apartment block in Melbourne in early 1960's) built right opposite the beach. It's on the 9th floor with a fantastic view over the bay and the city with a rooftop area that offers a 360 degree view of the whole area.
