Welcome to your perfect beach escape! This large 3 bedroom family home offers stunning ocean views from a spacious deck for sunset lounging or morning coffee. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, this home provides the ideal setting for both, filled with natural light and all the comforts of a modern getaway just minutes from Tahunanui Beach, New Zealand's best beach, in our opinion!

The open plan kitchen and dining area is very spacious and well equipped. The little snug is a great place to park up with a book.
The TV lounge has lots of comfy seating and has a lovely warm, homely feel. Enjoy stunning ocean views from all the windows. They have to be seen to be appreciated!
There are three queen bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, one with combined laundry.
The terraced garden is easily accessible with an outside bath screened for privacy. Lay back with a glass of wine and take in the amazing view.

Please note, the third bedroom is on the upper level with it's own bathroom and balcony.
